Tortellini Salad Toss

 

1 lb cheese tortellini

1 C CSD Tomatoes, chopped

1/2 C Feta cheese, cubed

1/2 C black olives, halved

1/2 C red onion, sliced

1/2 C CSD Pesto

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Cook tortellini according to directions.  While pasta cooks, measure CSD Tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, onion & CSD Pesto into large bowl.

 

When pasta is cooked, drain & add hot pasta to mixture. Toss together.

Serve warm or chilled.
