Tangy Garlic Tarter Sauce

 

2 C. Mayonnaise

2 tsp. CA SUN DRY® Garlic

1 (3.5 oz.) jar capers, drained

¼ C. Dijon mustard

 

Combine mayonnaise and CSDF® Garlic in food processor and pulse once or twice to blend. Add capers and mustard, pulse briefly just to blend. Pour into dish, cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving with shrimp or other seafood. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days.
