Sunny Summer Salad

A Singular Sensation for One or More!


Romaine Lettuce, chilled

1 C  Cannellini Beans, canned, rinsed & patted dry

1  Avocado, divided in half

1/3 C  CSD Cello Pack Tomatoes (any flavor) chopped

1/3 C   Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), about

2 T  Red Wine Vinegar

1 tsp  Black Sesame Seeds 


For a single serving, tear lettuce into a salad bowl & arrange to the side.  Place one half of the avocado next to the lettuce. Strain the can of beans & rinse well under running water. With a paper towel, pat dry the excess water & place next to the avocado. Sprinkle the lettuce leaves with the CSD Tomatoes & sprinkle all with the EVOO, then the vinegar. Add the sesame seeds on top of the avocado & serve.
