Sun Trumpets

 

8 oz Thin-sliced Genoa Salami

1 (8 oz) Package cream cheese, room temperature

1/2 tsp Good Curry powder

4 T CSD Tomatoes, cello pack

 

Lay out salami rounds & cut each one from the middle to the outside. Twist cut edges around each other to form the horn or cone. Secure with a tooth pick to hold. Place on a sheet pan & put in freezer to chill.

 

Beat room temperature cream cheese until smooth, then add curry powder & CSD Tomatoes. Mix until well-blended. Place cream cheese mixture into a pastry bag. Remove chilled salami horns & fill with the cheese mixture. Chill until ready to serve..
