Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Burgers

 

Ingredients:

1lb Ground chicken

1/2 Cup of Italian seasoned panko breadcrumbs

8 oz CSD Sun-Dried tomato halves (in oil)

1 garlic clove (minced)

1 Tbsp basil

1 Tbsp thyme

2 Tbsp oregano

1Tbsp parsley

Salt + pepper

Olive oil

4 Hamburger buns of your choice (we used wheat)

Toppings: Lettuce, onion, tomato, cheese, etc.

 

Instructions:

1. Chop all herbs and combine in a food processor with sun-dried tomatoes (and their oil), salt, and pepper. Pulse until the mixture has fully combined into a paste.

2. Combine ground chicken with the tomato paste, minced garlic, and breadcrumbs. Season with more salt and pepper. Form into 4 equal sized patties.

3. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Cook chicken patties on medium-high heat until fully cooked. Patties can also be cooked on a grill if preferred.

 

4. Load burgers onto buns + add desired toppings. Enjoy!
