Pesto Penne Toss

 

1 lb  box penne pasta

½ C  CSD Pesto

¼ C  CSD Tomatoes, sliced

8 asparagus spears, cut into 1 inch sections

Salt & pepper to taste

 

Cook pasta until almost done & add cut asparagus to pot.  Cook about 2 more minutes or until both are al dente.  Strain the pasta and asparagus.  Toss with CSD Pesto & CSD Tomatoes, salt & pepper.  Serve warm.
