Tom's Pesto Panini

 

Sliced sourdough bread

Butter

Black Forest ham, sliced

Swiss or Gruyere cheese, sliced or grated

CSD Pesto

CSD Julienne Cut Tomatoes, drained

(All amounts are to taste)

 

Preheat skillet or Panini press to medium. Butter the outside of the bread.  Place 1st piece of bread, butter side down in skillet or press & spread layer of CSD Pesto over.

 

Top Pesto with cheese, ham & CSD Tomatoes, then top with another layer of cheese & second piece of bread.

 

In skillet, flip over when bottom slice is nicely browned & brown the other side.  In Panini, close press & cook til both sides brown.
