Mini Caprese Skewers
24 small mozzarella balls packed in water
24 medium basil leaves
24 sun-dried tomato halves, packed in oil
24 small rounded toothpicks
Pinch of salt and pepper
Wrap a basil leaf around a small mozzarella ball and thread it onto a toothpick. Next, thread a sun-dried tomato half onto the toothpick. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
Serves 6-8.
