We dry the finest tomatoes for seven to ten days in the California sun. Then we pack them in oil generously seasoned with Mediterranean herbs, resulting in a brilliant red, intensely flavored product. Our tomatoes deliciously improve recipes from soups to salads, pastas to main courses, or quick hors d’oeuvres.
