Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes


2 lb red potatoes, with skins, cut into wedges

3 T CSD Garlic

3 tsp olive oil, divided

1/2 tsp salt

Freshly ground pepper


Preheat oven to 450° F.  In a large bowl, mix together potato wedges, olive oil & salt, until well coated.  Lightly oil a baking tray with 1 tsp olive oil.  Spread potato mixture on tray in one layer.  Sprinkle with pepper. 


Bake 20 minutes, remove from oven, add CSD Garlic & stir. Return to oven, cook another 10 minutes, remove & stir.  Cook 10 minutes more or until potatoes are crispy & cooked through.
