- A delightful blend of sun-dried tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, herbs and
cheese in a creamy salad dressing which may also be used as a marinade
or vegetable dip.
- Ingredients: Soybean oil, Sun-dried tomatoes, water, balsamic distilled
vinegars, egg yolk, olive oil, tomato paste, garlic, Romano cheese, salt,
herbs and spices, onion, sugar, and xanthan gum.
- Shelf life after opening 2-4 weeks (Refrigerated)

PASTA COBB SALAD
Yield: 6 servings
12 oz. uncooked fettucini noodles
1/2 cup CALIFORNIA SUN DRY® Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 firm, but ripe, avocado, chopped
1/2 cup Bacon Pieces
3 scallions
1 cup CALIFORNIA SUN DRY® Sun-Dried Tomato Salad Dressing
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, for garnish
Prepare fettucini according to package directions. Stir in sun-dried
tomatoes, hard-cooked eggs, avocado, bacon pieces, scallions, and dressing.
Chill. If desired, top each serving with shredded cheddar cheese.
