    Chicken Pasta Toss

    Yield: Serves 4

    1 lb. pasta (bowtie or fusilli)
    2 cooked chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 cup cooked broccoli florets
    1 cup California Sun Dry Sun-Dried Tomatoes
    4 tbs. olive oil
    1 cup Parmesan cheese

    Rehydrate sun-dried tomatoes according to package directions.

    Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain and transfer to a serving bowl. Toss all ingredients together with pasta. Serve immediately.
