
SUN-DRIED TOMATO APPETIZER TORTE
Serves up to 50
24 oz whipped cream cheese
1 (8.5 oz) jar CALIFORNIA SUN DRY® Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
1 (8.5 oz) jar CALIFORNIA SUN DRY® Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes
1 (9 oz) jar CALIFORNIA SUN DRY® Sun-Dried Tomato Spread
1/2 cup pistachios nuts, shelled and salted (or pine nuts)
assorted crackers
Preparation: On plastic wrap or waxed paper, spread half of the cream cheese into a rectangle about 1/2Ó thick. Repeat with remaining half of cream cheese. Wrap each separately and refrigerate until chilled.
Assembly: Place 1 layer of cream cheese on a serving plate. Spread entire jar of CALIFORNIA SUN DRY® Sun-Dried Tomato Spread evenly on top to the edges. Spoon half of the CALIFORNIA SUN DRY® Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto over the Spread. Place 2nd layer of cream cheese on top. Spoon remaining half of Pesto evenly over the cheese. Top with drained CALIFORNIA SUN DRY® Sun-Dried Julienne Cut Tomatoes. Press nuts around the sides.
Chill and serve with crackers.
