Linguini with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Artichokes

1 lb. linguini pasta
2 tbsp. California Sun Dry Sun-Dried Tomatoes in oil
1 small red onion
1 can quartered artichokes, roughly chopped
1 can pasta-ready diced tomatoes
2 tbps. capers
dash of oregano
splash of red wine
Boil linguini. While pasta is cooking, sauté onions and sun-dried tomatoes in oil from the tomatoes. When onions are tender, add remaining ingredients. Simmer until heated.
Drain pasta and toss with sauce.
It's fast, easy and elegant!
