Here is a quick & easy, tasty summer treat.
FOCACCIA BREAD

1 tsp. olive oil
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/3 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 loaf pre-made Focaccia bread
1 (9 oz.) jar CALIFORNIA SUN DRY Sun-Dried Tomato Spread
Heat olive oil in a small skillet. Add bell pepper, onion and celery. Sauté until onion and celery are tender. Set aside.
Spread CALIFORNIA SUN DRY Sun-Dried Tomato Spread over top of Focaccia bread. Sprinkle bell pepper mixture on top of Sun-Dried Tomato Spread.
Bake Focaccia bread in 350 degree oven until heated through.
